About this role
Design, build, and deploy machine learning systems for the ITSM platform, including natural language understanding of IT tickets, dynamic knowledge extraction, workflow automation, predictive insights, and scalable training and inference pipelines; experiment with LLMs, embeddings, and RAG and ensure model performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
