As a Backend AI Engineer at Traversal, you will design and build scalable backend systems powering an AI Site Reliability Engineer, productionize AI agent architectures and machine learning algorithms, and develop high-performance inference APIs. The role also involves building observability tooling and ingesting and reasoning over logs, metrics, and traces at scale to support hybrid SaaS and on-prem deployments.
