Design and build Ridgeline’s enterprise AI learning and enablement strategy, developing scalable AI learning programs and learning tracks for technical and non-technical audiences. Partner with functional leaders and IT/security teams to drive measurable AI adoption, facilitate workshops and executive enablement, and establish operating models for ongoing workforce transformation.
