About this role
Lead the build and scaling of an agentic coding platform and AI-native engineering practice, including eval harnesses, reusable building blocks, and developer tooling to enable AI-generated production code. This is a hands-on, staff-level role focused on driving adoption, evaluation-driven development, and smooth handoffs to engineering; hybrid in NYC (3 days/week).
