Client-facing technical role deploying and operating AI agents for American manufacturers, owning end-to-end deployments including mapping workflows, writing SOPs and prompts, building evals, configuring tools and guardrails, launching with users, and improving performance over time. Position is hands-on, works with LLMs and code daily, and is in-person five days a week in NYC with travel to customer sites across the US.
