Lead AI integration and work reimagination across SharkNinja’s People & Culture function, building the data foundation, deploying AI capabilities (agents, automations, coaching tools), and transforming workflows from hire to retire. Serve as a player/coach and PMO to drive AI initiatives to measurable adoption, speed, and business impact, and partner with P&C leadership to scale enterprise AI capability.
