About this role
MACOM is seeking an AI/ML Development Senior Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions including custom AI agents, agentic workflows, model development and fine-tuning, and enterprise AI platform capabilities. This onsite role supports AI adoption across semiconductor fabrication, RF and mixed-signal design, manufacturing operations, and business functions at Lowell, MA; Durham, NC; or Morgan Hill, CA.
