About this role
Lenovo seeks an AI Solution Analyst for its Global Future Leaders Program in Morrisville, North Carolina. Reporting to the Solutions & Services Group Customer Service AI Solution (CSAS) Director, the analyst will support enterprise customers across global markets. The role spans technical pre-sales, R&D solution development, and forward deployed engineering for an infrastructure-agnostic, agentic AI platform used in customer service operations.
Responsibilities
- Support technical customer discussions; configure and deliver live demonstrations for technical and business stakeholders.
- Join discovery workshops to assess customer service workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
- Work with R&D to refine platform features using customer requirements and feedback. Configure, integrate, and customize solutions with customers in on-site or remote deployment scenarios.
- Design, build, and validate proofs of concept in customer environments. Define and track KPIs measuring customer service performance and business outcomes, and relay field insights and performance data to R&D.
Required qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative engineering discipline from an accredited university; the role is aimed at recent or fresh graduates. Program eligibility also includes candidates currently completing or recently completing an accredited bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL; foundational knowledge of RESTful API design and data integration pipelines; and understanding of generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, analytical problem-solving, adaptability across customer-facing and coding work, leadership potential, and the ability to collaborate across global teams. Approximately 10–20% travel is required.
Preferred qualifications include exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or MCP; familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes; AI/ML, NLP, or conversational AI internship or project experience; and multilingual skills such as Mandarin.
The three-year program includes cross-functional rotations, strategic projects, leadership development, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders. The stated North America application window is September 1–October 23, 2026, with onboarding planned for spring or summer 2027.
