About this role
Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of GenAI tools and production-grade agentic systems for Netflix Games, including prototyping to shipping and managing a small engineering team. Build multi-step reasoning pipelines, tool-use agents, multi-agent orchestration, model fine-tuning, evaluation infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering, research, and platform teams on inference, data pipelines, and responsible AI.
