Staff Applied Scientist Document Vision

The Staff Applied Scientist will anchor document-vision work across aiR, owning multimodal document understanding and vision-language modeling, and setting evaluation standards, modeling patterns, and quality bars adopted beyond their team. They will drive problem framing through efficacy studies and production monitoring, mentor senior scientists, and advise leadership on scientific direction.
