Drive the global HR AI strategy and develop scalable AI solutions (including GenAI copilots and intelligent automation) to create measurable business value across the employee lifecycle. Lead end-to-end execution from ideation to pilot to global rollout, enable upskilling and adoption, and help establish governance and responsible AI practices (Hybrid; based in Elgin, Illinois).
