About this role
Leads the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of Vanguard’s AI-powered human simulation capability (Digital Twins), developing simulation frameworks, persona models, and agentic AI solutions. Partners with Product, UX Research, Analytics, Marketing, and Technology teams to translate business problems into scalable AI and data science solutions and to measure model performance and real-world outcomes.
