About this role
Partner with Implementations and FinOps to map workflows, identify repetitive work, and design LLM-fed automations, AI agents, and copilots using platforms like Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Glean, Decagon, and Rovo. Pilot solutions, measure productivity and quality improvements, document best practices, and train employees to support adoption and rotation to new functions.
