About this role
Lead and develop a team of AI engineers to build and deploy enterprise Generative AI and agentic solutions, owning AI engineering strategy and roadmaps across business units. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into architectures, recommend model-selection strategies (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows), and drive evaluation, error analysis and Responsible AI practices.
