About this role
Individual contributor providing technical leadership to design, develop, and scale CNA’s AI-native agentic engineering platform, focusing on agentic workflows, AI-augmented CI/CD, reusable skills/agent frameworks, and security/quality guardrails. The role also advises engineering leadership, integrates AI tooling into the software delivery lifecycle, and partners with Architecture, Security, Cloud, and Data teams to ensure enterprise integration and compliance.
