About this role
Lead individual contributor owning technical direction, architecture, and delivery quality for AI workstreams and product families while remaining hands-on building RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, LLM evaluation frameworks, vector-database and knowledge-graph-backed solutions. Partner with attorneys and business leaders, mentor engineers, conduct vendor diligence, and operate secure, monitored production deployments on Microsoft Azure or comparable cloud platforms.
