About this role
Littelfuse seeks a Director of AI Delivery in Chicago, Illinois, to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption and deployment. The role partners with executive leadership, business functions and the AI Center of Excellence to turn business priorities into scalable AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, operational efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI initiatives across Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing, IT, and Engineering, taking strategic projects from concept through production deployment and tracking measurable business outcomes and return on investment.
- Align AI investments with long-term business objectives. Work with the AI Center of Excellence on architecture, platform decisions and implementation strategies, and translate priorities into AI capabilities and adoption plans.
- Redesign processes before automation, establish metrics and governance to track adoption and value, and lead change management to increase enterprise use of AI.
- Maintain visibility and accountability across the AI portfolio and present progress, outcomes and recommendations to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience leading large-scale technology, digital transformation or AI initiatives.
- Proven delivery of enterprise AI solutions with measurable business results; success leading cross-functional programs and influencing executives.
- Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, large language models and enterprise AI implementation; familiarity with Azure AI technologies, Azure Foundry, enterprise systems integration and AI-enabled workflows.
- Business acumen connecting technology investments to outcomes and ROI, experience in organizational change and technology adoption, and strong communication, executive presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
A master's degree and experience in manufacturing, industrial technology or an operational environment.
