About this role
Lead a build-and-run engineering team to design, ship, and operate BMO’s governed AI platform (AI Gateway, Policy Engine, Identity Fabric, AI Registry, Guardrails Runtime, and observability) across domains and clouds. Deliver a production-hardened developer portal and federated AI registry, policy-as-code GitOps distribution and simulation, an AI Gateway runtime meeting latency targets, and an evidence pipeline producing audit-ready traces.
