About this role
The AI/ML Research Scientist will lead development of machine learning tools and enterprise-scale AI research infrastructure integrated with the Northwestern Medicine Enterprise Data Warehouse, including designing, training, and evaluating ML/AI models, deploying models to production, and building RAG and LLM applications. The role also includes mentoring junior staff, collaborating with researchers, and establishing ML best practices and architectures for multimodal and clinical research use cases.
