Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline; in-depth knowledge of modern AI tools and their use in technical work; experience improving engineering tools, processes, or development efficiency; and a strong understanding of engineering workflows and deliverables. Strong problem-solving and the ability to work across engineering disciplines are required.
- Preferred: experience building automation, scripts, internal tools, or AI-enabled agents; familiarity with CAD, ECAD, software development environments, FEA or simulation, and PLM systems; experience with engineering productivity or digital transformation initiatives; and adaptability in an evolving technical environment.
