About this role
Drive adoption of Generative AI across the Software Testing Lifecycle by developing and implementing GenAI-powered solutions for automated test design, code generation, execution, defect analysis, and AI-assisted UI/API automation. Lead architecture and implementation of Generative AI solutions (including prompt engineering, model optimization, and RAG), define QE and GenAI adoption roadmaps, and mentor engineers; this is a hybrid role requiring four days per week in Charlotte, NC.
