Senior AI Engineer responsible for defining, designing, and delivering enterprise-grade AI platforms and solutions, owning end-to-end slices of the firm’s AI architecture including agentic systems, RAG, LLM training, inference optimization, model integration, and evaluations. The role partners across investment, engineering, risk, and business teams, embeds governance and security controls, and accelerates production-grade AI adoption in a hybrid position based in Boston (3 days on-site).
