Director-level scientific and technical lead to define strategy, architecture, evaluation frameworks, and delivery plans for agentic AI co-scientist capabilities across scientific use cases. Boston-based hybrid role (3 days/week onsite) responsible for driving development, evaluation, governance, and adoption of trusted AI tools to augment scientific reasoning, experimental planning, and decision support.
