As Technical Lead, you will design and build an agentic insurance marketplace and own the end-to-end technical architecture, including models, serving, the MCP server, and integration with AI platforms. You will fine-tune open-weight models, deploy and monitor serving infrastructure with evaluation and guardrails, mentor engineers, and optimize for cost, speed, and reliability.
