Hands-on technical owner of AI and automation for Anduril's Talent Acquisition team, responsible for building AI agents and automations (sourcing, screening, outreach, scheduling, reporting) and owning the TA AI roadmap. The role requires shipping production LLM-driven systems, partnering with Corporate Technology on infrastructure and security, leading build-vs.-buy assessments, and owning safety, compliance, and success metrics for deployed systems.
