About this role
Design and run an AI-first onboarding and enablement experience for Klaviyo engineers, embedding AI into daily engineering workflows, building training and documentation, and running experiments to improve developer velocity and quality. Partner with Developer Infrastructure, Engineering Leadership, HRBP, Recruiting, L&D, Security, and Engineering Operations to pilot tools, measure impact, and scale programs.
