About this role
The AI Enablement Lead owns the Ascent platform roadmap end-to-end across Software Factory and the Enterprise Track, translating a fast-moving AI platform into sequenced priorities, clear specs, and decisions the business can act on. The role also builds instrumentation and reporting to connect AI skill/agent usage to business value and partners with engineering and stakeholders to drive adoption and maturity.
