Purchasing Power is hiring a Forward Deployed Agent Builder to work with business and product teams on AI agents for real-world workflows. The role combines production-grade agent engineering, product thinking and stakeholder communication to deliver measurable results across a FinTech organization.
Responsibilities
- Frame business problems and translate requirements into agent workflows, tools and data architectures. Build workflows with LangChain and LangGraph, including ReAct and supervisor-style multi-agent architectures.
- Architect end-to-end RAG pipelines using Copilot and vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate and pgvector. Develop short- and long-term agent memory, including context handling and continuity across interactions.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems through APIs, MCP and platform connectors. Build business application agents with Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Power Apps, integrating Microsoft Graph, Teams and SharePoint.
- Design usable AI experiences; optimize latency, cost and accuracy; use observability and evaluation tools to measure outcomes. Explain solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required background:
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, including LangChain and LangGraph; multi-agent system design; RAG pipelines and vector databases; API integrations and enterprise systems; and AI observability and evaluation tooling.
- Strong communication skills and product design sensibility. No specific degree or number of years of experience is stated.
Preferred background: Experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform; familiarity with MCP and skills-based agent architectures; use of AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude; and a forward-deployed or solution-engineering background.
