Project Manager AI Delivery

The Project Manager AI Delivery plans and delivers AI-enabled projects across Sonova’s B2C Digital Experience portfolio, covering web and app initiatives. Based in Singapore, the role coordinates product owners, cross-functional teams, engineering resources, external vendors and technology partners from scoping through delivery. Sonova describes its working model as team-customized hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones, resources and success criteria; translate business and product requirements into executable delivery plans.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, timelines and budgets across multiple projects. Apply consistent project governance and documentation standards across delivery streams.
• Coordinate technical teams and external AI vendors, managing agreed deliverables, schedules and output quality. Work with product owners on vendor governance and commercial terms when procurement is involved.
• For AI projects affecting app functionality subject to EU MDR, FDA or other regulatory oversight, coordinate internal teams to meet change-control and documentation requirements. Maintain records suitable for audit and stakeholder review.
• Report clearly to leadership and steering forums and serve as the primary stakeholder contact for the status of digital AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Engineering, and 5+ years of project management experience delivering technology or digital projects, including coordination of cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management across diverse markets and cultures; ability to manage scope, budget and timelines concurrently and a deep understanding of product development cycles.
• Ability to account for AI-specific delivery risks, including data quality and availability, model validation and testing cycles, and human-in-the-loop review. Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts sufficient to assess vendors’ technical claims.
• Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence, CRM and tracking tools, and exposure to responsible AI or AI governance practices.
