About this role
Lead the AI Operations function responsible for the operational lifecycle of AI/ML models, including model deployment via the CI/CD toolchain, deployment discipline and rollback, version/lineage registry, and model monitoring. Lead a small team of MLOps engineers across HQ and offshore and develop incident handling, recovery, and governance procedures for ML-related issues.
