Leads complex, multi-workstream agentic AI programmes end-to-end, from business diagnosis and value hypothesis through solution architecture and production delivery while managing senior client stakeholders. Responsible for technical design and delivery of production agentic systems, knowledge layer and RAG pipelines, evaluation and AgentOps standards, trust and safety, and team and practice leadership.
