About this role
Lead the end-to-end technical build of human behavior simulation solutions—ingesting survey/interview data to produce validated predictive models—and rapidly prototype modeling, prompting/fine-tuning, and evaluation approaches. Work directly with enterprise clients to deploy custom simulations, push forward research on behavioral fidelity and failure modes, and hire and lead the Singapore practice once the delivery playbook is validated.
