Responsible for building and curating a knowledge base, evaluating and analysing AI-generated responses, establishing safety scenarios, and maintaining datasets to improve Generative AI accuracy for customer interactions. Collaborate with product owners and the AI development team, analyse customer interactions, and provide insights to enhance AI responses while meeting Customer Centre KPIs.
