About this role
Reporting to the Group Data Office Responsible AI Lead, the AI Validation Specialist conducts hands-on validation and testing of the bank’s AI solutions (including traditional ML, Generative AI and agentic systems), identifies risks and limitations, recommends controls, and contributes to AI validation methodologies, evidence standards, and reusable testing assets.
