Senior Solution Architect - AI

The Senior Solution Architect - AI is a hands-on technical leader designing, developing and deploying production-grade Generative AI solutions for enterprise and industrial use. The role sits within the Data & Artificial Intelligence team and works with product managers, data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders to turn requirements into secure, scalable cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generative AI solutions from ideation and proof of concept through production deployment, making architectural decisions and conducting solution design reviews.
• Design reusable cloud architectures for AI workloads, including advanced retrieval-augmented generation frameworks and multi-agent systems.
• Mentor engineering teams, define requirements and delivery milestones with stakeholders, and identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, reliability and performance standards, and promote MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering or data science, including at least 4 years in AI-related roles.
• Experience delivering production-grade Generative AI solutions using LLMs; strong Python and AI/ML framework expertise; and hands-on experience with RAG, multi-agent and graph-based AI architectures.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and AWS SageMaker is mandatory. The role also calls for MLOps experience with platforms such as MLflow and Kubeflow, FastAPI-based API design, knowledge of SQL, NoSQL and vector databases, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. OpenShift DevOps experience is a major advantage.
