Ciklum is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead strategic AI initiatives within a global product engineering environment. This role focuses on designing scalable, secure, and practical AI architectures while guiding the organization in adopting emerging AI technologies. Responsibilities include defining architecture standards, reference patterns, and guardrails for AI-enabled software development. The architect will provide leadership for agentic workflows, AI orchestration, evaluation, observability, and governance. They will also collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI-powered PDLC capabilities across coding, testing, and delivery workflows, ensuring alignment with enterprise requirements for security, privacy, and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 12 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership. Significant experience designing enterprise-grade AI solutions in production environments is mandatory. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of modern AI architecture patterns, including LLM-based applications, retrieval systems, agentic workflows, and orchestration. A strong background in distributed systems, APIs, data platforms, and cloud-native solutions is required, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Desirable qualifications include experience in large enterprise environments, AI governance, responsible AI, model risk management, and familiarity with cloud AI platforms, vector search, and AI gateways.
