Lead AI ML Engineer REQ_59

3Pillar Global seeks a Lead AI ML Engineer to design and develop AI/ML and generative AI solutions. The position is listed as remote in India and sits in the Data & AI department.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI applications using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and RAG.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models, integrate LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama, and design scalable AI architectures, APIs, and production-ready systems.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of AI/ML experience; the job snapshot lists 8–15 years.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, Python, and TensorFlow or PyTorch; expertise in agentic AI, AI agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and RAG.
• Experience with vector databases including Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus; knowledge of FastAPI or Flask, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of MLOps and deploying AI solutions at scale.
