FullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer to join their talent network and work with U.S. clients on project-based development. This role focuses on leveraging AI-driven development environments to build production-ready software systems. Responsibilities: Integrate into client teams to design and implement AI-first development workflows. Coordinate AI-driven implementation across large, multi-file systems while maintaining architectural oversight. Translate complex product requirements into machine-executable, AI-friendly specifications. Systematically improve AI-generated output through structured iteration and feedback loops. Perform disciplined human-in-the-loop reviews with risk-adjusted validation for safety-critical flows. Operate across frontend, backend, and infrastructure in AI-accelerated environments. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience with deep understanding of full-stack architectures. 1-3 years of professional experience using Google Antigravity as a primary development environment. Proven experience delivering production software where AI systems generate the majority of implementation code. Strong context engineering skills, including structuring codebases and documentation. Advanced English proficiency and a four-year college degree are required. Ability to work 40 hours per week. Candidates must be authorized to work in India on a full-time basis; no sponsorship provided.
