AES - DE - Generative AI Solution Architect

This role designs and delivers enterprise AI copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate business workflows and address operational needs. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Copilot experiences and conversational or task-driven agents for service requests, alerts, escalations, and workflow orchestration.
• Understand client processes, gather business and technical pain points, and translate operational requirements into scalable Copilot and generative AI solutions integrated with enterprise data and workflows.
• Partner with IT, operations, business stakeholders, and Zensar’s SGO team; define Copilot strategies, prioritize opportunities using data and expected impact, and drive implementation.
• Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune AI models for performance and accuracy. Track emerging generative AI and Copilot capabilities and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications

• The description calls for 10 years of total IT experience, including 4–6 years in AI, generative AI, or intelligent automation, and a mandatory 1–2 years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience building custom copilots, agents, workflows, and conversation bots.
