Role Summary: BNY is seeking a motivated AI Implementation Analyst to design, develop, and refine AI and Generative AI solutions. This role involves working with LLMs to solve business problems, building RAG workflows, and creating scalable AI pipelines. You will operate independently to deliver proof-of-concepts and integrate AI solutions into business processes while adhering to governance and responsible AI standards. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and refine AI/GenAI solutions using LLMs. Build and optimize prompts, RAG workflows, embeddings, and model outputs. Fine-tune foundation models for specific use cases. Create end-to-end AI pipelines including data preparation, inference, evaluation, and monitoring. Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and convert AI opportunities into scalable solutions. Conduct proof-of-concepts using emerging frameworks and architectures. Document technical approaches and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of practical experience in AI, ML, Data Science, or Generative AI development. Experience with LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral, or Gemini. Strong understanding of ML fundamentals, NLP, deep learning, and model evaluation. Ability to work independently and move from concept to delivery. Desired: MBA or equivalent business management qualification is an advantage. Competencies: Strong command of AI terminology and industry trends, analytical problem-solving, and clear communication skills.
