AkzoNobel is seeking a Technical Engineer - Process Intelligence to design, configure, test, and improve enterprise process intelligence solutions using Celonis EMS. The role focuses on supporting business transformation through IT changes, Agile DevOps delivery, and process optimization to enable operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into functional designs, Celonis stories, KPIs, and dashboards, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to implement AI-enabled process intelligence and agentic automation. The engineer will also handle incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of process mining capabilities. Requirements include 0-2 years of experience in process mining, analytics, or IT delivery, along with a relevant degree. Candidates must possess strong SQL skills, understanding of relational data, and experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent orchestration. The role requires the ability to build and consume APIs to integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Pune, India.
