Job Purpose: The Technical Engineer AI will support the delivery of enterprise AI initiatives by contributing to both platform engineering and full-stack application development. The role involves maintaining cloud environments, supporting the AI project lifecycle, and enhancing enterprise applications that enable the deployment of Agentic AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define infrastructure and application requirements; provision and maintain cloud infrastructure and development environments; perform routine server maintenance, security patching, and environment management; troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and application issues; maintain CI/CD pipelines; monitor the operational health and observability of the Agentic AI platform; develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js; build and enhance REST APIs; and participate in testing, deployment, and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Professional experience requirements vary from 0-1 years for entry-level to 6+ years for advanced levels. Required technical skills include hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js, along with a solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and version control (Git). Candidates should have a basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable), cloud infrastructure, networking, access management, CI/CD workflows, and server environments (Linux/Windows). Knowledge of Python is considered an advantage for automation and AI integrations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for working effectively with technical and business teams.
