Job Purpose: The Technical Engineer AI will support the delivery of enterprise AI initiatives by contributing to both platform engineering and full-stack application development. The role focuses on maintaining reliable cloud environments, supporting the AI project lifecycle, and enhancing enterprise AI applications that enable internal teams and vendors to build and deploy Agentic AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define infrastructure and application requirements for AI projects. Provision, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure and development environments. Support enterprise server environments through maintenance, security patching, and management. Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, access management, and application issues. Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Monitor the operational health of the Agentic AI platform and improve observability. Develop and maintain enterprise AI web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js. Build and enhance REST APIs and integrate applications with AI services. Participate in testing, deployments, production support, and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline. Professional experience ranges from 0–1 years for entry-level profiles to 6+ years for advanced levels. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js; understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS; knowledge of REST APIs and backend development; familiarity with Git; basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable), cloud infrastructure, networking, and access management; exposure to CI/CD and server environments (Linux/Windows). Python knowledge is considered an advantage for automation and AI integrations.
