Role Overview: Atos Group is seeking a highly skilled and self-directed Senior Data Scientist to lead complex analytics initiatives across IT operations, ITSM platforms, and telemetry systems. The role focuses on translating raw data into actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and business value. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end data science projects for IT operations, incident management, and experience optimization. Analyze structured and unstructured data from ITSM systems and infrastructure monitoring tools. Develop predictive models for incident forecasting, root cause analysis, and proactive remediation. Design anomaly detection algorithms for performance and compliance. Build dashboards for technical and executive stakeholders. Collaborate with IT architects and automation teams to embed intelligence into workflows. Evaluate data quality and governance. Required Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in IT & Software, with 8+ years in data science, including at least 3 years in IT operations or enterprise IT analytics. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, and TensorFlow. Strong understanding of ITSM data structures, incident lifecycles, and operational KPIs. Experience with telemetry platforms (Nexthink, SysTrack, Intune, SCCM) and cloud infrastructure metrics (Azure, AWS, GCP). Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, time-series analysis, and using AI resources on MS Azure. Experience with supervised/unsupervised models, LLMs, and SLMs. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in AIOps, DEX, or EUC analytics. Knowledge of ServiceNow performance analytics and integration workflows. Exposure to MLOps frameworks and enterprise model deployment. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
