About this role
The Head Corporate Data & Analytics will lead the Corporate Function Enterprise Data Hub within the Databricks Data Mesh, focusing on delivering trusted, governed data products and AI/ML solutions. This role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, driving the migration of legacy systems into the enterprise data mesh, and building a high-performing multidisciplinary team of data analysts, data engineers, and ML/AI engineers. Key accountabilities include defining the strategy and roadmap for the data hub, ensuring compliance with enterprise governance and responsible-AI standards, and partnering with Corporate Functions and IT leadership to translate business priorities into scalable outcomes. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred), deep knowledge of data architecture and cloud platforms, and strong business acumen. Desired qualifications include 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, and AI/ML leadership, proven success in delivering enterprise-scale data products on modern cloud platforms, and experience in modernizing legacy data estates. The role requires professional fluency in English and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
