Role Purpose: Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced professional to serve as Coordinator, Compliance Data Analytics, Monitoring and AI. This role supports the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) function by delivering data analytics, monitoring, and AI strategies to prevent and detect compliance risks. Responsibilities: Support the development and operation of the E&C data analytics and monitoring program, including collecting data and developing automated anomaly detection for fraud, waste, and abuse. Design, build, and maintain Copilot Studio AI agents and agentic AI solutions to automate recurring tasks. Build and analyze Power BI dashboards to surface risk trends and program performance. Maintain KPIs and Bowler charts while collaborating with IT and E&C stakeholders. Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of related experience in data analytics, monitoring, AI/automation, and digital solution delivery, preferably in a multi-national corporation. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (including Copilot Studio) is mandatory. Preferred qualifications include experience with data visualization, data governance, and enterprise data sources like SAP, Oracle, or Snowflake. Knowledge of Ethics and Compliance is an advantage.
