The AI Automation Specialist works in the Automation chapter of Allianz Technology’s Security Services Tribe. The role designs, develops and operationalises agentic AI solutions—including LLM-based workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-step orchestration—to apply intelligence to large volumes of security data. The position is listed in Pune, Maharashtra, India, with hybrid working. It is permanent, with full-time or part-time hours indicated and 40 hours per week stated in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Work with security service product owners in Vulnerability Management, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and other domains to identify automation opportunities and turn them into production-grade agentic workflows.
• Build multi-step AI agents and RAG pipelines for querying and analysing security datasets, logs and knowledge bases. Integrate workflows with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability scanners, WAF platforms, GRC systems and other security tools through REST APIs.
• Protect AI pipelines with guardrails, prompt-injection defences, output validation and rate limiting. Monitor model drift, hallucination risks and bias, and maintain audit trails for AI-assisted security actions.
• Analyse security telemetry, alerts and threat feeds to produce actionable intelligence. Work with DevSecOps and platform teams to deploy models and workflows through CI/CD pipelines with access controls and secrets management.

Skills and qualifications:

• Mandatory hands-on experience developing agentic or multi-agent systems with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or comparable frameworks; integrating LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude or Mistral into production applications through APIs; and designing RAG systems using vector databases, embedding models and chunking strategies.
• Mandatory advanced Python scripting for AI automation, data processing and security tooling, plus REST API integration with third-party security platforms.
• Knowledge of AI security risks and safeguards; analytics using Python, Pandas, NumPy, SQL and visualisation tools; and security operations concepts including vulnerability management, WAF rules, GRC, SOC workflows and alert triage.
