Responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy machine learning and AI models; deliver proofs of concept and contribute to client deliverables.
• Translate business requirements and technical specifications into solutions. Prepare technical designs, including high- and low-level design and deployment documents, and communicate challenges to stakeholders.
• Identify reusable components, investigate root causes, implement technical fixes and contribute to process improvements while following development lifecycle practices.

Required experience and skills:

• The posting seeks 1–2 years of total experience and states a minimum of 1–2+ years of technical experience, including at least one end-to-end AI implementation.
• Python programming; classification, regression and clustering algorithms; LLMs and prompt engineering; vector databases such as ChromaDB and FAISS; REST APIs, microservices, SQL or NoSQL databases; and data structures, algorithms and statistics.
• Hands-on experience building AI solutions with RAG and agentic frameworks, and using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot. Candidates should be able to translate complex requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot customizations, and communicate with technical and business stakeholders. Knowledge of Agile Scrum and waterfall methodologies is requested.
