About this role
Lead and grow the AI Platform team to deliver the agentic foundation for SimCorp One, owning production readiness for Agent Orchestrator and SimCorp One Neo, the Agent Development Stack, evaluation/trust/safety/guardrails, and multi-agent orchestration. Partner with product and senior engineering leadership to translate strategy into delivery while ensuring security, compliance, and operational readiness.
