About this role
The Interfaces Administrator will serve as a specialist for AI-enabled integrations and automations at Insurity. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability of critical workflows, AI agents, and data flows. Responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting interfaces and AI agents, maintaining runbooks, and developing practical automations using tools like Copilot, Claude, Python, or PowerShell. You will partner with Cloud Operations to manage the AI agent lifecycle, from intake and prioritization to testing, rollout, and optimization. Key duties include supporting integration solutions, investigating failed jobs, creating technical documentation, performing daily monitoring of batch jobs, eliciting business requirements, and providing 24x7 on-call support for automation processes. You will also manage file transfer permissions and PGP encryption keys. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a 24x7 high-availability production environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in Python or PowerShell is essential, and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude is preferred. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. This is a hybrid position based in Noida, requiring at least two days of on-site work per week.
